For example, as a Technical Writer for a computer technology company (writing remove and replace procedures). I have worked for a large Research and Development company, as Administrative Assistant to the V.P. of Engineering and Documentation. In the same company, as Administrative Assistant to the V.P. of the Medical Department, and was also in charge of all medical transcription and data entry for that department. I have experience working as an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. division of a startup company from Japan. I have also assisted small businesses (including interior designers and musicians) with their administrative needs, such as document processing, newsletters, phones, mailings, travel arrangements, calendar management, and more. I’m very motivated and I pickup new tasks and computer programs easily. I love the challenge of learning new things along the way.   Rates:  $28/ hr or you may opt to retain a block of hours per month at a discounted rate.
