Company Mission Statement:  My mission is to be the right hand assistant of busy executives and other business professionals, helping them with their daily administrative needs, so they can take care of the more important things on their agenda.


I have 15 years of administrative experience behind me to take care of just about anything you need help with, from correspondence to PowerPoint documents; from Excel spreadsheets to meeting and event planning. And I’m willing and able to learn something new if there is a skill set I need to learn in order to help suit your business needs.

Number of Years Experience as a VA:  I have 15 years administrative experience where I have worked in a variety of industries, Engineering, Hotel/Services, Financial Services.

 

The most recent industry I have been employed in is financial services. I just left after spending the last 10 years in several different departments. Each department has its own little niche.

 

I have been in Sales/Marketing, Employee Education (where I would assist the employees of our firm who would go out and educate the employees of our clients), Leadership Development (in this department I would assist the VP of the department in putting together conferences for the leaders of the field sales force for education and networking purposes), and finally the Enterprise Program Management Office of the firm (here I wore the hat of a Project Coordinator for an investment optimization program, and also acted as an administrative assistant for the VP of the Portfolio Management Group).
