However, the more questions you can answer for a prospective client, the better chance you'll have of him contacting you versus your VA peers. Plus you're qualifying the client---he is a better lead for you because he already has a very good idea of why he's picking you to call based on your profile listing below (versus a less qualified lead calling to ask you general questions because you didn't give him enough information below.)

Testimonials: If you have any client testimonial statements for your business, I will add up to10 to this page in this position. If you receive any at a later date, just email them to me and I will add them then. Testimonials can set you apart from other VAs competing for the same business. The best testimonials include full names, company names if one, and city/state/country and should be in the clients own wording (grammar errors and all) so that they sound candid and real. Even better are clients who allow you to publish their email address or photos because this adds credibility to their testimonial. Unfortunately, photos slow down web page loading, so if you include any client photos with testimonials I will want to reduce them to a small size but will still include them.
